A Little Bit Of This, A Little Bit Of That
We believe that fresh, locally sourced ingredients should be at the forefront of every single one of our dishes.
And this is especially true for our Carbone Greens.
The salad consists of a romaine lettuce tossed with the juiciest vine-ripened tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers and salted chickpeas.
We then slice an Omega 3 boiled egg on top and drizzle on a light but oh-so-delightful red wine vinaigrette.
It’s everything you’d want in a salad… and more.
The Perfect Pairing
The thing about a great salad is that it should be able to pair well with nearly every dish on the menu. More often than not, you’re ordering it alongside a main course.
Any of our signature pizzas would go perfectly with the Carbone Greens, especially the “New White.”
