Carbone began with one purpose in mind — bring friends and family together to enjoy pizza prepared the classic Italian way.After years of culinary journeys throughout Italy, it was clear that there was only one way to make pizza. You had to use the farmer down the road, the best tomatoes, traditional techniques and a blistering hot oven. So that’s how we do it.
At Carbone we use wholesome and fresh ingredients, and bake our pizzas in our coal fired oven at 850°. Please enjoy your experience as I did with my friends and family.

We believe that fresh is always better. That’s why we support Manitoba Farmers & suppliers. We also know that some things just have to be from Italy, so we import what can’t be imitated.
COAL BURNS HOT
We fire our ovens using the highest grade of coal as its cleaner & more eco-friendly than wood or gas. It also burns hotter & creates authentic tasting pizza.
